The RSC’s ongoing partnership with the Environment Agency has championed the benefits of river stewardship to our newest client, local steelmakers Sheffield Forgemasters.

Sheffield Forgemasters are taking their riparian responsibilities seriously.

Forgemasters have signed up for a 3 year maintenance contract with us, to include work such as invasive species control, vegetation management, and the regular clearance of debris within the channel and riverbank.

Jonathan Moxon at the Environment Agency stated:
