We have carried out invasive non-native species management at a number of Yorkshire Water sites.

This included Japanese Knotweed management at Old Whittington Waste Water Treatment Works, Himalayan Balsam management (and a programme of volunteer days and native planting) at Ilkley Waste Water Treatment Works and treatment programmes at Esholt, Dowley Gap, Marley, Eastwood, Jordans Dam (Blackburn Meadows) and Wharncliffe Side.

We also delivered a project to mechanically remove Curley and Canadian pondweed from Bowshaw Whams reservoir, Huddersfield.
