Board Member (Non-Executive Director)

Location: Flexible with occasional travel to Sheffield

Time Commitment: Quarterly board meetings plus approx. 4 hours per month forpapers and optional sub-committees

Remuneration: Voluntary (under review)

River Stewardship Company is seeking individuals to join our Board asnon-executive directors, bringing fresh perspective, strategic oversight andspecialist knowledge to support our growth and governance.

As a Board Member, you will provide constructive challenge to ourexecutive team, help shape strategy, ensure effective risk and financialmanagement, and champion our mission to enhance rivers for people, places andwildlife.

We welcome applications from those with experience in finance,governance, ecology, commercial contracting, HR, or IT. Most importantly, weare looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about our work and share ourvalues around environmental improvement and social impact.
